Max weight with 3 attempts for each exercise. Highest rep counts.
235 - 255 - 265(f)
145 - 150 - 160(f)
275 - 305 - 325 - 350*
*I ended up trying to deadlift again at the gym during the UFC fight and was surprised I was able to get 350.

I was so surprised that I was able to deadlift 325. Last time I deadlifted, I barely could get 275. After I hit 325, I knew I could probably do more. I'm guessing next time we deadlift or do the crossfit total I'm shooting anywhere between 355 and 375.
Well my totals qualified me as an intermediate athlete based off of crossfit standards (click on "4.7 Ok, so I've done the CFT. How do I rank? Are there any standards). Based off of my weight I fell in between 165 and 181.

I think I'm gonna cut weight to try and make Advanced. I have no freaking clue how I'm going to get to Advanced...I guess I need to squat and deadlift like no other.
