Went to the gym today and did Half of Angie:
50 pull ups
50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 squats
Mike and Roger were there telling me to smash out 30 pull ups so I can get on the board as part of the 30 club. My previous PR was 25. I got 30 on the dot and dropped down. My arms were beat! It was great that I got a new PR, but I think my time suffered because of it. Oh well...I have a new PR!
