Haven't been working out much because of work. I went this morning to go roll with Mike, Roger and Anthony and got a good sweat going. Thanks to Ryan I decided to go back and do a quick workout:
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Shoulder press 115 - 115 - 135 - 145 - 155 lbs
Push press 115 - 115 - 135 - 145 - 155 lbs
Push jerk 115 - 115 - 115 - 135 - 145 lbs
Felt good to go workout...hopefully I keep it up now.
