Modified Nate


Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups (substituted 8 push ups and 8 pull ups)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings (72 lbs)

Had to modify it again, this time because I did it at my house and didn't have access to rings.

Last time I did it, I got 8 rounds in compared to 10 complete rounds w/ an additional 8 push ups.
