6 miles - 45:35 (7:36 / mile)
1st mile - 7:39
2nd mile - 7:42
3rd mile - 7:40
4th mile - 7:34
5th mile - 7:36
6th mile - 7:24
Finished off with 100 push ups and 200 sit ups.
