Awhile back I posted a video of a guy working the balance ball as a drill. This morning I'm browsing the forums and stumble across this video of Andre Galvao messing around on a balance ball that blew me away.
I thought to myself, "Damn that's nuts!" Then I fell upon this video of Galvao at the 2008 Worlds Open which made me flip out even more. Check out the 1:06 mark...INCREDIBLE.
