Got some rolling in with Mike and a new guy (I forgot his name) at the gym. Felt ok rolling. Hips and movement felt good. Some notes:

- half guard feet placement. Look to put foot on hip or knee to transition to a butterfly or open guard position.
- get a better "feel" for things. Better way of saynig it is timing and commitment. Gotta commit to movements and submissions.
