Notes:
Pass #1 - Knee slide
- establish far side under hook.
- walk foot up to opponent's butt. Should cause knee to raise.
- push knee across as if going for mount
- pop up and bring leg across (leg caught in half guard). Remember to use ankle and not drive the knee.
- baseball slide into pass
Pass #2 - Opposite knee slide
- establish far side under hook.
- walk foot up to opponent's butt. Should cause knee to raise.
- push knee across as if going for mount, they counter by pushing on knee
- establish near side under hook
- pop up and bring opposite leg across. Remember to use ankle and not drive the knee.
- baseball slide into pass
