Technique covered: Rear Naked Choke
Breaking baseball grip
- weave underhook so wrist is on top of opponent's wrist (palm up).
- pull overhook hand up. see knuckles
Use of legs
- go to half guard (weave legs between legs)
- use to defend the roll
