30 two-handed kettlebell swings, 2 pood (72 lbs)
30 (15 L / 15 R) kettlebell clean and presses, 1.5 pood (54 lbs)
30 (15 L / 15 R) kettlebell snatches, 1 pood (36 lbs)
Run 1 mile
