I finally got the balls to wake up and run. Problem I've had is trying to figure out what my workout routine would be. Should I run in the morning the workout at night, or maybe run and workout in the morning? Hopefully I can stick to AM runs and PM workouts (Crossfit).
PM Workout:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
