Garage day training, but this time around Anthony came out. Worked on escapes from the mount, sidemount and guard. 3 minute rounds with each person then rotate.

- bridge-elbow knee combo
- know where their weight is
- build your house w/ great foundation
- blend movements better. eliminate the middle
Training went really well. Schedule of Tuesday / Thursday seems to be going well. Anthony will be joining us every Tuesday which will help greatly.
