01.24.2011 - Training

Focused in on Half Guard Passing

Head to Head
- walk legs out
- stiff arm
- pry legs

Reverse Half
- swim to isolate far arm
- opponent's arm must be driven to their head
- insert knee and pry (use toes if needed)
- take back if bridge

Key is to go back and forth.  Head control and to reverse keysa.
