02.08.2011 - Training

Worked on the following:



A couple of key notes:

- use your leg as a hook to pull them
- pull them on top of you then between your legs
- swing back on top if they open legs and take sidemount.

Worked on the Berimbolo roll from DLR:



Rafael sets it up at 1:33.

Key notes:

- control goes from belt to opposite hip
- eventually the hand controlling on the DLR side will switch to the other leg

What I can't figure out is how to create the momentum when they have strong control of the free leg.
