Today was the official start of my training for the 2012 California Ironman 70.3. The goal for the week is to be get use to the new training schedule and build upon it to become consistent.
Bike Power Intervals
10 min warm up1
7 x 20 sec (1 hr 10 min total time)
10 min cool down
20 second intervals done in a high gear @ speed intensity w/ 2-min active recoveries. Warm up and cool down enough to reach total time. 10 min warm up and 10 min cool down enough to reach total time.
