I think I could have done it faster had I not kept screwing up on my double unders but it was still faster than my last time.

I felt like I could have done this a lot faster. Next time I'm gunning for under 9 minutes.
After the workout I rolled and for the warm up we did another 125 sit ups and 80 push ups.
