Back Squat*

*Used a smith machine.
Flat Bench
135 / 155 / 165 / 185 / 185

Hang Clean
75 / 95 / 95 / 105 / 115

Need to focus on getting good form on squats and just getting back into lifting weights again.
Cool down:
3 x 5 reps of wide pull ups
