I forgot to post yesterday's workout. Went to the gym in the afternoon after work. KC got in a good workout too...I owe her a wallet because of stupid bet too.

For time:

30 burpees
30 sit ups
20 burpees
20 sit ups
10 burpees
10 sit ups


Cool down:

5 rounds of 20 second push ups. You must complete 1 push up in 20 seconds, going down slow and up slow.

Rolled later.
