AM Workout
Warm up, 3 rounds of:
10 OH squats (with PVC pipe)
10 Push-ups
Walking lunges (20 yards)
Workout:
3 30 sec intervals of ropes(alternating/simultaneous/circles)
Cool down:
10 squats x 3 (95 lbs)
