7 rounds for time

95 lb Sumo deadlift high pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips

I believe I finished around 9:26. I thought this was going to be easy, but the sumo deadlifts kicked my ass. Rolled for a bit after then did 50 burpees.

Tomorrow (today) is the start of my training for the Carlsbad Half Marathon (aka "Project Kick Ryan's Ass AGAIN).
