4:21 (using 85lbs)
45lb thruster x 50
30 pull ups
45lbs - 65lbs - 75lbs - 95lbs (F5) - 105lbs (F5)
95lbs - 115lbs - 135lbs - 155lbs - 165lbs
Failed on the last reps of my overhead squat on the 95lb and 105lb cause of my dumb ass form.
