After yesterday's workout and rolling in the evening I feel beat up. My hamstring still feels f'd up and now both knees were giving me some problems. After work I plan on sitting in the jacuzzi to hopefully relieve some of the muscle and joint pains. Oh the joys of getting old.
On a brighter note. Around 11pm Roger convinced me to go down to Walmart and buy Assassin's Creed. So I have something to look forward to tonight after the Office.
