Modified Nate


Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups (substituted 8 push ups and 8 pull ups)
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings (72 lbs)

Completed 8 rounds.

I know I cheated by doing a 4 to 1 ratio for muscle ups, but it still kicked my ass.
