Yesterday was the start of getting back on track and working out hard. I took a quick look at my 2008 goals and I'm falling behind real fast. I need to pick it up.
I ran 4 miles at lunch today. I wish I could say how fast I did it in, but I forgot my Garmin today. So I just ran out to my 2 mile marker and back to get 4 miles in today.
Before my run I did 50 push ups and 100 sit ups and when I got back I did another 50 push ups and 100 sit ups.
