So I ran 4 miles at lunch today and did 200 sit ups and 100 push ups at lunch. I gotta get moving on my work outs and running. I feel like I've been in a funk as of late regarding my workouts...not motivated and what not. Can't put my finger on it, but I'm in a funk. To top it off this Wednesday I'm going on vacation to Hawaii for a week and I'm sure I won't want to work out while on vacation.
With Grappler's Quest in a month, I really need to get on it. I'm hoping that while out in Hawaii I can at least run and do some push ups, sit ups and pull ups. We'll see.
