I messed up and didn't run on days 11 and 12 but got to do day 13.
Day 11
Run 2 miles
Day 12
Sprint 8 x 220 meters (rest 30 seconds between)
Day 13
Sprint 6 x 220 meters (rest 30 seconds between)
