Jiu Jitsu Warm Up

Tonight's warm up was worthy of a workout. Between running around the matt, sprints, bear crawls, shrimp moves, gorillas, and spider-mans we squeezed in rounds of different push ups and sit ups. By the time we were done I built up a good sweat.

In total we did about 300 sit ups and 80 push ups.

Before rolling a bunch of us were messing around trying to geta muscle up on a pull up bar. I did a regular muscle up (on rings) but couldn't get the bar muscle up. I feel deteremined to get a bar muscle up done before the summer hits.
