Team Quest Grappling Circuit

Warm up:

400m row
Stretch

Team Quest Circuit:

1. Bent Over Rows
2. Upright Rows
3. Military Press
4. Good Morning
5. Split Squat (Left/Right)
6. Squat and Push Press
7. Straight Legged Dead Lift

Can not put the bar down until you have gone through all 7 exercises (1 set). 8 Reps, 6 Sets, 60 seconds rest between sets.



Cool down:

2 mile run and stretch
