AM Training

Warm up:

Toriani pass
Knee on belly
Spinning arm lock
Kimura
Hop over
Sit out

Drilling:

2 minutes of flowing. No submissions, constant movement.

2 minute rounds. One person must pass the guard and submit, while the other must sweep and submit. Loser does 10 burpees, if a tie both do 10 burpees.

Rolling:

Rolled with Paul. Worked with him on his guard.
