Five 3 minute rounds of boxing with Mike, 1 min rest between rounds.

After sparring decided to do Crossfit San Diego's WOD for Friday:

50 Sit-ups
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Sit-ups
50 Burpees
50 Sit-ups

Really starting to love boxing. Next week we might throw takedowns in again.
