Reverse De La Riva

Was at the gym yesterday and got to roll a bit. I got stacked when I had a triangle and re-injured my neck. I really need to chill out, but all this guard stuff has got my head spinning. Areas of note:

From RDLR:

- switch to x-guard for single leg
- if they anchor go deep half guard
- remember to pull them into you
- manipulate knee
