Yesterday I invited my coworker, Kevin, to come check out the Stronghold. We got there and I worked out with him.

400 meter run
21 x kettlebell swings (1 pood)
12 x pull ups
9:40 at a nice easy pace.
After the WOD we hit the mats and Mike had me teach Kevin some basics. Now if this was last year I would've stumbled along trying to explain shrimping. Today I as able to work through the positions with confidence so maybe this stuff makes sense now? LOL.
