So I totally screwed up this morning by not running, but I made up for it by running this evening. This being the 1st week of official training I figured I should "ease" into it. I decided to run my 3 mile route.
Finished at 25:45 (8:35 pace). I really wish I had my garmin, because I can push myself when I notice my pace is not as fast as I would like it.
