Project 1:40 - Day 21

Missed running this morning because Kaitlyn had kept us up. Got home w/ some some light out so I decided to go for a run. Did a 5 mile out and back.

Cardio is slowly but surely getting to where I want it to be.

Cool down:

10 pull ups
10 weighted pull ups (36 lbs)
10 gi pull ups

50 push ups

200 sit ups
