The Bear

Decided to workout today.

"The Bear"

5 rounds of 7 sets of the sequence:

- Power Clean
- Front Squat
- Push Press
- Back Squat
- Push Press

Can not put the bar down between sets. Rest in between rounds, post loads (not time)

95 - 95 -75 - 75 - 75 lbs
