Sprint Day

Running:

- Run 1 mile, rest 5 minutes
- 8 x 100 yard sprints, 30 second rest between

Grip Training:

3 rounds:

- 7 strict pull ups
- 5 gi pull ups
- 3 weighted pull ups (36 lbs)

Cooldown:

- 200 sit ups
