Garage Day

Yesterday's training (January 19, 2010)

Warm up:
- 20 armbars from guard
- 20 triangles from guard
- 10 switch armbars (see Drills post below)

I need to hit Mike up again about the omoplata. I don't think we were drilling it right.

Goal Totals
30/2,000 armbars
20/2,000 triangles

Drilled 5 min rounds from the following positions:
- Mount
- Side Mount
- Back
- Closed Guard
