3.29.10 - Training

Headlock escapes:
1. Bump and Roll
2. Belly out
3. Frame
4. Hook nearside leg

Armbars:
- remember to climb w/ the legs
- 1st leg sets up 2nd leg to snatch arm
- focus on shooting hips up, to finish before putting them down
