4.19.10 - Training

1st day back after the birth of my son Caleb.

No-Gi

Back Control and taking the back when opponent turtles:

- yank them up
- they roll
- foot drag

Key should be securing the choke when rolling around, even without the hooks.

Rolled twice and my shoulders got gassed. LOL. Going back to kettlebells this week, I don't know what I was thinking doing the 90.
