Oh Cramp!

Ran 5 miles at lunch. I was gunning for 6 miles but the cold air made it hard to breath and I started cramping on my sides.

5 miles - 40:24 (8:05/mile)

1st mile - 7:30
2nd mile - 7:48
3rd mile - 8:02
4th mile - 8:24
5th mile - 8:38

I think going forward I need to warm up before I run and also start slow so I get a good warm up.
