Grand Opening

Today was the grand opening of the Stronghold and Mike had asked me to do a workout demo for the opening. I come to find out Mike asked that I do the 300 workout made famous by the movie 300. So here's the workout:



25 Pull ups
50 Deadlifts @ 135 lbs
50 Push ups
50 Box jumps
50 Floor wipers
50 Kettlebell clean and press @ 36 lbs
25 Pull ups
300 total reps

I finished at 20:51. I'm still suffering from this workout. My head feels like it's going to explode! By far the worst part was the floor wipers. There was a spot where I thought to myself, "how in the hell am I going to finish this?" On a cool note...I smashed the first 25 pull ups in one shot...pretty stoked.
