Been sucking on my goals as of late. I wanted to take a break and let my body rest up from the half marathon. Well it's time to pick it up.
100 push ups
100 sit ups
100 pull ups
100 double unders
Found a new strategy when I do pull ups for the next time I do Angie. Try and do 12 pull ups in 60 seconds. So if I finish in 30 seconds, I get 30 seconds rest.
