Ladders

Ladder up/down

For time:

72 lbs Thrusters 10 - 1 (used two 36 lbs kettlebells)

54 lbs Sumo deadlift high pull 1 - 10

Stupid me reset the time. I think I finished around 5 to 7 minutes.

Cool down:

50 push ups
50 sit ups
50 pull ups
