Physio Ball Drills
Last week Mike had shown me some drills using a physio ball to work on my guard passing and my overall hip movement. I probablly couldn't describe what Mike was doing but lucky for me I stumbled upon this video. Pretty sick stuff.
I like the idea of how it can translate to creating pressure from your top game, work your hip movement and work your overall coordination for jiu jitsu. I'm hoping to add this drill to my routine.
