10 Rounds

Last night I got in 10 rounds of rolling (8 with Mike and once with Jim and Emo Kid) in an effort to sweat off more weight. A couple of notes:
  • Definitely need to switch my game up and work off of my back.
  • Try to identify when to go offensive vs. defensive guard.
  • POSTURE, POSTURE, POSTURE! Arms keep flailing everywhere.
  • HIP MOVEMENT! Can always get better.
  • Stand to force half guard (vs. someone on butt)
  • Play and discover my game (off my back). Been working from the top since I started that sometimes it feels that working off my back is tough.

Rolling session was good...very tiring and ended up sweating quite a bit.
