- Definitely need to switch my game up and work off of my back.
- Try to identify when to go offensive vs. defensive guard.
- POSTURE, POSTURE, POSTURE! Arms keep flailing everywhere.
- HIP MOVEMENT! Can always get better.
- Stand to force half guard (vs. someone on butt)
- Play and discover my game (off my back). Been working from the top since I started that sometimes it feels that working off my back is tough.
Rolling session was good...very tiring and ended up sweating quite a bit.
