Last night

Typically we plan on training once a week at the house but Adrian and I squeezed out another day.

Warm up:
  • 20 Toriani passes
  • 20 Knee on belly transitions
  • 20 Sit up to kimura from guard
  • 20 Spinning arm locks
  • 30 Bridges (10 straight / 10 left / 10 right)

Drilling 5 rounds from each position:

From the Guard

  • Full - sweep vs pass
  • Half - sweep / replace to full vs pass
  • Open / Butterfly - sweep vs pass

From the Mount

  • Side - escape vs control
  • Full - escape vs control
  • Back - escape vs submit

Next week we'll probably make everything submit vs escape / pass.

Rolled two rounds after...we were pretty beat after the warm up and rounds of drilling. Excited about training once a week at the house with Adrian and Anthony.
