Back to Work

After a long lay off and inconsistent workouts, I'm trying to rededicate myself to working out. I don't know the specific reason for the laziness but I need to break it.

4 miles after work (8:03 / mile)

1st mile - 7:37
2nd mile - 8:13
3rd mile - 7:50
4th mile - 8:43

Cool down:

50 push ups
100 sit ups

5 min stretching
