Kettlebell Rounds

Warm up:

400 meter row
Stretching

3 rounds of kettlebell:

swings
high pull swings
clean and press
snatches
lunges
side lunges

5 reps right / 5 reps left once all exercises are completed on each side.

Cooldown:

50 push ups
100 sit ups
