3 Days and going strong

I find it easier to wake up in the morning to workout when it's blazing hot. You're uncomfortable and sometimes even sweating. Since it's been so humid down here it was easy to wake up to my 5:30am alarm.

Warm up:

400 meter row
Stretch

Workout: 4 mile run - 34:21 (8:36/mi)

1st mile - 8:09
2nd mile - 8:44
3rd mile - 8:08
4th mile - 9:20

Talk about getting smashed that last mile. I HATE HILLS.

Cooldown:

Stretch
200 sit ups
