"Fran"

I went out and bought clips for my 15 lb curl bar thinking I can use it with what weights I have left here at the house. Decided to do Fran and I'm not so sure if it was the fact that this is the first time I've done it in 7 months and am not in that good of shape as I was in December or the bar being shorter...but it kicked my ass. I did notice my wrists were hurting from the thrusters. Could be from the fact that the weight is closer together rather than further apart like it would be on an olympic bar.
